Elrego Web App

Elrego is a user-friendly web app that helps customers save time and money, by automatically storing and managing the receipts and warranties in a simple, easy-to-use account.  

 

After a thorough study, the studio was responsible for branding from scratch to the entire product:

logo, graphic language, UX&UI for two target audiences:

consumers and store owners.

Now customers can easily manage their receipts and warranties, and purchase extended protection and warranty plans!

What do they need?

Task analysis:
Women and men aged 35-50 who live in the USA.

Main goals:
1. To produce an inviting and intuitive platform with maximum personal adjustment to the consumer in the digital age.


2. Intuitive platform for business owners and stores for tracking: sales, receiving information about the consumer, adjusting personal advertising packages.

Tools to do right now:
1. Bank applications.


2. Other applications that exist in the market but do not contain all the desired features.


3. Manual data typing in Excel or other documents.

Main motivations:
Digital receipts are available at any given moment, tracking expenses and responsibilities.

An accountant at a very well-known publishing house in the USA, a mother of three children, and married to David, a deputy bank manager.
About two weeks ago Kate celebrated her birthday at a surprise party that her husband organized for her, as expected she received a lot of gifts, some of them were not to her taste or matched her size and she planned to exchange some of them. Kate received a digital exchange note with each gift, which made the exchange process easier for her.

Usage scenario:
As a secondary customer (I did not purchase the gift myself) I am interested in exchanging my birthday gifts smoothly, efficiently and quickly.
 

To do this, I will go to the category: My receipts and perform the following actions:

I will look for the exchange notes, enter each of them and contact the store or go to the online store to make an exchange.
 

Success will be measured by the fact that I will be able to exchange all the gifts easily

and on time.

Store Owner

Extreme sports fan! Manages a successful electrical goods store chain across the USA together with his father  (the owner of the chain). Every day, hundreds of sales are made throughout the network. As part of optimizing customer service and continuing to maintain contact with them even after the purchase, Daniel and his father want to create a new business model that includes special promotions for customers based on past purchases and divided by customer types. Premium, Wi-Fi, etc. In this way, they are confident that sales will become more efficient and the relationship with customers will be strengthened.

Usage scenario:
